Need a cable for better speed at my location?

Hi.

I recently ordered KPN wifi for home and the technician during the installation said that should be possible to get the right speed if you bring a cable to my adreess that in this case is not in KPN system. If you have a cable for Levendaal 90 instead of only for Levendaal 92 that is in the same building, my speed should be better. Can you do anything for this case?

Hi @Welcome Gift November 2022, I'm not sure what type of cable you're referring.

Do you mean a cable from your modem to your device? You can purchase those online on our webshop or realistically any other shop that sells internetcables.
If you're talking about the optical fibre network outside of your house you might want to check out our partners over at kpnnetwerk who are currently distributing this network.
