Need schedule appointment with technician

Hi,

I need an appointment to set up my home wifi. Couldn’t do it online, didn’t receive any emails, went to the kpn shop they said they will send the email or SMS, nothing so far.

I have completed my profile, I appreciate it if someone can schedule it for me.

Hi @Mrafei, welcome! 

Scheduling a technician to install and optimize your wifi can be done online. This is a service technician, which means the appointment will cost €70 for the standard time of 45 minutes. If more time is needed, that is an extra €17,50 per fifteen minutes. There might also be extra costs for materials used.

To make the appointment you need to log in with your KPN ID. Which, in your casem is the same as the one you used to log into the forum.

 

If the online tool doesn't work, then please call us. You can reach us at 0800-0402 (free), during office hours. The colleague you talk to will be able to schedule the appointment with you.
