Neighbour is abusing our connection

Hello. The problem is that our neighbour is a psychopath and he is a hacker as well and he likes to play with the internet in our house. 

We changed already the password and wifi name and unfortunately this didn’t sopped him to continue to make troubles to us 
Why I pay for the internet if someone else is trying to destroy it?

What trouble does your neighbour cause witch respect to your Internet connection?

I assume he/she can't connect anymore as you have change the password of the WiFi.

Be positive, avoid negativity, enjoy life and stay healthy!

Can you explain how the neighbor enters your network? If you use WPA2 for WiFi with a good password, then it is impossible to use it without the password.

Does the neighbor have access to the cabling? Or does he/she jam the WiFi?
