Good evening.

Sorry to write in English. We have an internet agreement with KPN. We live in Amsterdam, street Oldenaller.  During renovation the copper cable was broken. We need someone to come and please bring the cable back into our house. Someone tried to fix it but couldn't. 
 

How should we proceed? Thank you for your help,
