New client modem delivery: when will I get my new modem?

Hi, I’m aware that KPN will provide me a modem before the start of service (Internet) but is it possible to estimate deliver date of the modem to me earlier or to another address because nobody will be at home when modem should arrive.

Normaly you get an email with a track and trace code. When no one is at home you can pick it up at the Postnl packagepoint (most times a supermarkt or small) in your neigbourhood
