New connection: no internet, green light blinking Box 12

Hey folks, I just brought the router from the PostNL pickup point and I set up according to the manual. I tried downstairs with the PTT 4-pin plug, with the RJ11 next to the house dor and upstairs with another RJ11 make plug. All resulted in router and wifi starting but, there is no internet. That is, the green light is blinking. I have a KPN Box 12b. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi @Ancyra, welcome! Are you able to reset the Box 12? Did you already try to call my colleagues (0800-0402)? They can help you and book a mechanic if necessary. If you want me to look into it, could you please update your forum profile with your adress and customer number?
