Hello,

I am installing my new connection today but have a question. I share a connection with my downstairs neighbors (meaning I had to use their address to make sure the connection point was available - there are two cables connected to the same point). I just want to make sure that starting my contract won’t cancel their contract? I am not sure whether they are using KPN as well.

Hi @alix_V, welcome. 

That's a though one! It all depends on the way the way the connect point is registert. I can't say for sure, but if there's two connections it should be alright. Usually when we notice something strange going on, like two connections on the same line, our backoffice will do additional research.
