I was connected with KPN last week - FINALLY

I signed up with them in October 2021. 

Why am I receiving a bill for this month- when I signed up with KPN I was told by the representative of KPN my first 3 months are free. 

 

I have been very frustrated with the slow customer service and now this.

Hello @dry, welcome. I am sorry to read our start hasn't been the greatest, to say the least. You received an invoice, but were told the first three months would be free of charge. I must say, I'm not familiar with this promotion. You should have received a confirmation of your order. What does it say on there? The confirmation is leading. If you deemed the confirmation incorrect, you could have contacted us within 14 days. Unfortunately, I can't do much right now, as it's been several months.
