Hello. I buy a new prepaid line but I have no signal and it doesn’t work well. I call for help but it’s in Dutch and I don’t know which is the correct option to talk with someone.

If you have no signal, then we should check your mobile number and simcard number. If you call us, you will have to say why you are calling (so we can put you through the right department/). If you say “Prepaid doesn't work” and press 0, you will be connected with a colleague.
