Hello, I recently moved in a new property (I’m the first person living in the property). I received my KPN Box 12 and the Fibre box and connected everything. The subscription is supposed to start today (19/6), but the “Fibre” (Glas) light is not turning on and the router “internet” light is blinking fast.

I updated my profile with my account number and address. I know there’s a phone number but it’s in Dutch and I just moved so it’s hard to use for me :)

Hey @Erwin_ , I had a dutch friend call the phone number and an engineer came and fixed the issue. Now everything is working well!
