New subscription has no connection, Internet green light keeps blinking

I tried setting up the modem 4 times as instructed in the KPN  manual. The connection problem occurs and internet green light keeps blinking. Does anyone know a solution to solve this fast?

@Customer Service can you please resolve this soon ?
