I have made an order for kpn internet package at the Ruys de Berenbrouckstraat 97, 1067BN Amsterdam but have not goten any confirmation email for it also it is not visible in mijnkpn app. Should I order it again?

We had a short malfunction which prevented order confirmations from being sent. By now, you should have received a confirmation.
