I am Raaed kakhi , my address is on xxx

there is no internet connection in my house , and as i see on the system there was one invoice not paid , and usually the payment is done automatically from my bank account . and i already paid it yesterday on 23 November , but until now still i don't have internet connection .

so can you please connect my internet .

Hi @Raaed . Welcome to the forum.

The fastest way to fix this is call our helpdesk: 0800 0402.

I did some research and we have send your reminders about the payment.  Your account has been blocked. 

In the mail there is a payment link.  If you already paid it can take up to two hours before the connection is re-activated.  If it is still not working please call 0800 0402 and ask for collections.
