Dear team,

I was notified that my signal was activated on the 25th of this month. I connected the modem today and the internet green light has been blinking the whole day and I do not have an internet connection.

I received a KPN Box 12, and I only found a landline socket in the house, to which I connected the grey cable to the DSL part in the modem.

I also have coax connections from which the signal from Ziggo was provided (I exchanged providers). Would it be the case of using a moca adapter? If so, does KPN provides it or should I buy it myself?


Hopefully there are no issues with my connection, since I need it for working.

thanks for following up on my post. It isn’t working, unfortunately. I called the customer support service and someone will come over tomorrow afternoon to try to solve it. Hopefully it works out!
