No connection to the internet after installing modem

Hello. 
I installed today the kpn box 12, I followed the steps, all the lights are on and green, but no connection on the internet. 
what could be the problem?

Sorry te read that the internet is not yet working. 

If al the lights are green, you should have an internet connection. 

Maybe you could translate this topic about the Box 12, to see if the lights are on in the correct way!
