No fiber signal since a week, red alarm indicator

I live in Tilburg ( *** *** )

, and for a week now I do not have a fiber optic connection, and the light of the Internet connection is not activated?

Hi @rimaz, welcome to our forum. It does look like there is no signal, the connection indicactor on the second device should be on. Have you called us at 0800-0402 already? That way a colleague van check your connection with you, that is the quickest route.
