Hi, I moved into my new house, I reported the moving in time, moved the contract and did everything right apparently, installation too, tried multiple times following every possible instruction I found in your website.

Internet is still not working and It’s a bugging issue since I work remotely from home and Monday I need to log in. I don’t know what to do but I need to fix this as soon as possible, please!
