I have recently switched from Ziggo to KPN in order to take advantage of the fiber optic.
Today suppose to be the activation day, I received the SMS from KPN confirming it.
I have installed everything, but the flash light for internet is keeping blinking. I have disconnected, wait 10 mins, reset the Experia box but still nothing.
Ziggo will disconnect the service anytime soon and I will be left without internet, this is a big damage considering that Im working from home. Can we please find a solution? all the details are in my profile.
I am contempleting to send the cancellationa and stay with Ziggo as in 8 years I never had those kind of issues.

Plus, I am not able to take the Tecnichan appointment:
and now there is a new connection date in my profile, postponed to 13th October.
At this stage, I prefer to cancel everthing. If I send the cancellation form to KPN, it will stop the cancellation process with Ziggo?
