I intended to switch to KPN fiberoptics and did that already more then 2 months ago and i still do not have internet inspite of techincian coming twice and both times they just check the light is not coming on and leave saying someone will call to fix the internet, but that never happens!! Whats going on? If you cannot fix it then let me know and i must cancel the subscription.

On the connection (black) box on the fiberoptic point,  only alarm light comes on and no connection light

I would try and call 0800 0402 and ask if they perhaps can see if a ticket has been made for a contractor to come and fix the fiber optic. or at least tell you had a technician twice and both could not fix your line, and you have a red alarm light.
