I just installed the modem, the wifi is on but there is no internet connection. Can you help me with this situation?

When I check your connection, I see your subscription was activated on the 8th of January, so everything should be working since then. However, I also see there's something wrong with your connection/the line going to your house, so I've scheduled a mechanic to fix this. I chose the first possible time slot, tomorrow between 10:00 and 12:00. I'm not sure if the mechanic needs to visit your house, but it's wise to be around at the time of the appointment, is that possible or should we reschedule to a later time slot of other day? 


I see the mechanic will come tomorrow: 28 january between 1000-1200 hours.
