I just installed modem and there is Wi-Fi, but without connection. Subscription started on Sep 12

Could you help somehow?

Hi @Vika.Z and welcome to our forum! Is it just the Wi-Fi that's not working? If you test a PC or laptop with an internet cable directly connected to your modem, is there a connection then? I'd also suggest following the steps suggested on our issues page. It's in Dutch, but if you run it through Google translate, and open the webpage in the language you’re translating it to, it will translate the entire page. 🙂 You can also call us on 0800-0402. If you tell the phone robot that you have a ‘storing’ or a problem with your services, you should be connected to one of my colleagues. Hopefully it's fixed soon!Â
