No internet connection in new appartment

Hello, good morning. 
I moved to another appartment and in the apparment there is not connection. Like there is not part to put the modem. 
how I can solve it? I need to fix this ASAP since I’m working from home.

​Hi @Laura_mendez, welcome to our forums. I see some wires in this socket, but it is hard to connect to it. It might be nessesary to let an engineer take a look at this. I can't see anymore about your connection since I don't have your details. If it is as urgent as you say, it is best to call us at 0800-0402. That way a collegaue can look into this with you and, if it turns out to be nessecary, schedule an engineer.
