No internet connection on new address

Hello, I just moved in into new apartment and made a move from one apartment to another(spent some hours to arrange a move) , I thought I need to take my old KPN box 12 with me but I've got new Experia box v10 for no reason. So when I came I tried to connect to internet both of devices but not successfully. Every time I have no internet, blinking green internet on KPN box v12 or orange services on My Experia box v10. After some hours of googling I noticed that I have no any signs of KPN dsl or fiber, only coax cable from ziggo (attached photo ) what I could do to connect this? also 2 Ethernet cables which I do not know where to put in

Well you have moved in the system from KPN right? If your moving order is confirmed then historically there should be a DSL or fiber connection at your home. If you can’t find it yourself then maybe ask your landlord or call for an KPN technician to 0800-0402
