Hi, I reported a moving from address1 to address2 before , and then I make a call and canceled the movement. So the Internet should stay at my previous apartment.(address1), But now I found my wifi is not working anymore( connected but no Internet), how can I solve this problem? 

Still no network, maybe there should some technique inspection at my room.

I understad you movirng order is cancelled so the internet shoud be working at your normal adress. But it doesn't. :(

Only the wifi is not working? Or no connection at all? Have you reset your modem? Still nothing, please call 0800-0402. My colleague will measure your line and take action if needed.
