No internet for 4 days after moving

Hi

Recently I shifted to a new place within the Netherlands.

After shifting, on 18th Nov, engineers came to install internet, however they were not able to find the fiber optic cable. Till then there is no internet at my place.
I called KPN customer support but they were not able to tell a timeline. They are telling it can take upto few weeks without a specific timeline.

Did anybody face this sort of issue? Or can anybody help me with the next plan of action?

Thanks

Nilanjan

Thank you for moving KPN with you to your new address, @nil-kp. 💚

I understand that there's no fiber connection possible, even though it should be available. I also understand that a technician has visited and that he was unable to install your internet due to the missing fiber optic. I assume the technician has requested help with this. In which case, we can't do anymore than wait for another technician to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell you how long this will take. But I understand you have received a DOP, which should provide you with internet while you wait for a permanent solution.
