No internet light on the v10 Expedia box. Router is not getting reset

The fastest way to receive help for this issue, is to call our free customer service at 0800 - 0402, for technical issues we're open 24/7 and one of my colleagues can run a diagnostic on your line, to see if we can find any errors!

If you prefer to receive help via the forum, that's also possible but it may take a while before you'll receive a response from me, one of the other moderators or other forum users. Since when is your connection down? You say it's not getting resetted, but how did you perform a reset? Can you describe the steps you've taken? And could you please update your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so?
