Hello,

In the mijnKPN app it says that the activation date is 1/6/22, however, there is no internet access. The Ethernet light only blinks.

 

Could you help me please?

I see you have already filled in your profile. Your connection is waiting for the modem to connect. Could you elaborate on how you connected it to the IS/RA point?
If it's connected properly and there's still no signal we'll need to send a technician.

The quickest way to contact us is by calling us on 0800-0402 When troubleshooting or scheduling a technician that's usually the easiest route. Especially when time is of the essence!

I connected the DSL cable in a Wandcontactdoos.


Ah that should be alright. I think I misread something in our system earlier, the planned date is today but the status of your order is currently still pending. We're still expecting it to start working today but I can't schedule a technician or forward a ticket at this time.

If it still does not work tomorrow, could you let me know? I'll take another look and if neccesary take the next steps!
