No internet on new adress

Hello KPN team, I have recently relocated to a new address and brought my original router with me. I have been sent a new glasvezel module that I had to connect (showing green light for both power/glasvezel/ethernet) and I reconnected the old box at the new place. THe router is showing green for wifi, but the internet light keeps blinking (all lights green). My devices get a “connecte without internet” status.

 

I already spoke to the customer service over the phone, do you have other ideas? My relocation status confirms that the service should have been available from yesterday, but I am not sure if the order has been completed.
