No physical ethernet on the optical box

I have the same issue. I called KPN and they said they can only schedule someone for Thursday (1 June). That means I have to sit without internet for almost a week. I work from home and my girlfriend studies from home. Is there anyway I can get help sooner that that please?

    I saw that you already had your information in your profile. I see that the planned mechanic has been cancelled.
