Hi! I just received my SIM card, I bought on the shop but they had to send it home because I didn’t have my ID. Now I have it but I can’t use data or calls because it’s says “no service” I don’t know what to do anymore it’s been like that this for 4 hours now.

Maybe the SIM card still needs to be activated. You can activate the SIM card here.
