Hi @Abhishek Tayde, once again I see that you’ve already contacted us through a different channel and that a mechanic has been scheduled for you on the 7th of October between 8:00 - 10:00. I kindly ask you to choose one method of communication. That saves double work. Hopefully the mechanic will have your internet connection up and running in no time. 

Agreed , I have first reached this forum but I needed quick follow up so I had made a call to KPN customer service thanks for your help anyways :)
