No updates and confirmation on Internet Order - SISH23919

Dear Forum,

 

Last week I had orders KPN internet for my new address - *************.

I havent yet received any email confirmation or any updates on when the package will be delivered.

I had placed the order with email id - ********

*admin: removed personal details for privacy reasons

The expected delivery date for your services is the 5th of October. I hope everything will go smoothly now, but should you have any questions in the meantime or after the 5th of October, don't hesitate to place a message here!

Thank you !!  , can you tell me at what time the WiFi will be activated today?

Hi @Abhishek Tayde, once again I see that you’ve already contacted us through a different channel and that a mechanic has been scheduled for you on the 7th of October between 8:00 - 10:00. I kindly ask you to choose one method of communication. That saves double work. 🙂 Hopefully the mechanic will have your internet connection up and running in no time.

Agreed , I have first reached this forum but I needed quick follow up so I had made a call to KPN customer service :) thanks for your help anyways :)
