No Wi-Fi for two days: need assistance

Need urgent assistance in resolving wifi (and now ethernet altogether) issues. . Two days now. App no use whatsoever.

@m_zickus It’s very hard for us here on the community to advise on a solution if there is no information to work with.
You could add information to your community profile to provide us with details about your kpn devices, network setup and configuration. Or add it in message.

For starters, here’s information that may help:

If you suspect the problem is outside your own network or kpn equipment is faulty (ie. you can’t solve it yourself but you need kpn to assist) you can contact kpn customer service at 0800-0402 and schedule a call-back appointment if that’s more convenient. Received an sms to my phone, directing to KPN app.

Tried 100 times. NO WIFI

Thanks to all. Issue now resolved. Was more serious than just set/reset. Don’t know the name of the monteur, but he was very professional and friendly.  

 

Briefly: SAT morning wi-fi is suddenly gone. I follow the app recommendations - to no effect. Trying every two hours, bcs I have five souls at home needing internet. Internet and TV still work though. App shows internet connection to my house is excellent. 

SUN morning internet is also gone. Router switches on, first internet light, then TV, then wi-fi light, but then everything reloads and starts anew. Vicious circle. 

KPN service trying to help bcs sometimes a new power adapter helps. It doesn’t. I am not playing the reset game anymore bcs I am also told that this can permanently damage the modem/router.

On TUE the pro comes.
