Did you receive an documents called: “Monteurs Rapport” (Engineer Report) by any chance?
We might be able to conclude where the costs came from on this forum.
You might also be able to find this request in MijnKPN.


Hello @Zaneta, welcome. As 13ramon13 already said, you should have received a technician report which specifies the costs. Have you checked this report?
