Nobody told me I would have to pay for the engineer

Hey Zaneta!Did you receive an documents called: “Monteurs Rapport” (Engineer Report)by any chance?We might be able to conclude where the costs came from on this forum.You might also be able to find this request in MijnKPN.

Hello @Zaneta, welcome. As 13ramon13 already said, you should have received a technicianreport which specifies the costs. Have you checked this report?
