Hi! My name is Ana :) 

   I wanna start buying home Internet from KPN, but to make an order online they ask me for a 6-numbers phone number, which I don’t have… I cannot put in my Italian number with the country code and I don’t have an Dutch SIM-card, I’ve been using my Italian SIM card here. 

   I tried calling to the international service center phone number, but everything there is in Dutch, so I’m not sure how to reach them or how to make the order online. 

   Maybe someone already had this problem with the phone number while making an order online and found a solution? 

   I even tried putting random number instead of a phone number, but obviously that one wasn’t quite helpful hahah

 

Hello @rghdf, we ask for a 10-digit dutch phonenumber. If needed, we dont call to foreign numbers. 
If ordering online or by phone is not possible, you can also go to a KPN store. In the store you can order the subscription.
