Not happy with prices internet subscription and behavior of customer support

Hi All, 

I had KPN but never told me you shouldn’t use 4gb if you are not organization owner, more than that, can you believe paying 70 euro for internet for a two people house?

 

I called customer service to raise my complaint for additional money that KPN is deducting, and customer service told you are uneducated, !!!! why? because I asked why you increased the prices!!!!

 

Please train your people to have proper behaviors, 

 

Customer service in our opinion is terrible

I am sorry to read you are not satisfied with your internet subscription and our service, ​@Customer345.

it is true that a 4 Gbit/s is not necessary for everyone. For everyday usage, we often recommend 200 Mbit/s. And for most this is fast enough. But sometimes our customers want or need more. However, it is up to you to decide whether you need 4 Gbit/s or whether you could do with ‘slower’ internet and thus a lower price. We cannot make this decision for you. Therefore, we also expect you to do the research yourself.

If you'd rather choose a different internetspeed, you can change this in MijnKPN. Good to know: if you get a discount now, you might lose this when changing the speed of your internet subscription. So keep this in mind.

Then, about raising the prices: we adjust our prices every year in accordance to the inflation. More information about this, read here: Inflatiecorrectie 2025 Internet en TV.

It's not allowed to use KPN Customer Service as a username, this will be changed by one of the admins.

Also, we cannot assist you with this issue on the Community forum.

you are right name was incorrect I thought this is the subject, 

But why I cannot write this here? in community that other people also see how your team treat people? and almost double prices!!!!

You can share your feelings, of course, no problem! As long as everything is written with respect to each other, it's all okay to do. 

But if you want KPN to conduct an investigation or come up with a solution for you, the form is the way to go.

The name mistake is okay. Leave a comment here with the username you want, and an admin will change it for you.
