Since 18 nov I’m trying me internet to work. I dont have any solution and no one helps me to solved the problem. I have the modem, the cables, but I guess I need and adapter to plug the DSL to the wire that I have in my place. Can please someone help me on that?

Where is that wire coming from?
Normally you should plug in the cable from the modem in a telephone wall socket (for DSL) or connect it to a glasfibre modem.
Do you have one of the connections point in the pictures below?

I dont have any of this connections on my new apartment.

Only a blue cable coming out from the wall. I saw that is the place where the other tenants had the modem but it was from ziggo. How I can connect my internet ??
The Ziggo connection will not work.
Normally one of those DSL connectionpoints should be in the livingroom of in the metercupboard.
If you can't find it anywhere then maybe an installation technician can, you can order one by calling the KPN Customer Service 0800-0402 (available between 08:00 - 18:00)
