Hi,

I just moved into a new apartment.  I arranged an Internet contract with KPN and got my modem (KPN Box 12).  The problem is that I don't have a KPN hotspot for my modem and the one at home has no power, so I'm not able to get internet.  attached photo.

In this case sending over an engineer is the way to go. The fastest way to plan this is by calling 0800-0402.

If for whatever reason it doesn't work out through that route please fill in your profile.
