On 1 pc i don't see the wifi (Wifi 6 on KPN Box 12)

Hi, sorry for the english. I am a new kpn customer and the wifi works perfectly everywhere except in 1 PC (in another one it works). Simply I cannot see the wifi, although i see all the wifis of my neighbours.

I googled a lot, easy, need to login into the router and check some settings. But none of the IP addresses works. I tried: 192.168.1.1 and many other combinations including this from https://forum.kpn.com/internet-9/kpn-box-12-instellingen-webinterface-501604

To log in to box 12, go to: https://mijnmodem.kpn . If this doesn't work you can also navigate to http://192.168.2.254 

I just cannot access anywhere. Any tips? Thanks

Hi @giangi, welcome to our forum! This is a known issue with certain intel wifi adapters. There are two solutions. One is as you mentioned logging into your modem but the often easier solution is by updating the driver for your wifi adapter. You can manually download these drivers from the intel website. (either from a different wifi connection or using an ethernetcable)

If that does not work for you we can ofcourse try logging into your modem.
Where do you get stuck? http://192.168.2.254/ or https://mijnmodem.kpn should work, you can log in there using the password on the sticker of your modem.
