ONT taken by previous owner, how to get a new one

I moved into a new house and my KPN service has been transferred there, the previous owners had a glasvezel connection but took the G-PON modem with them when they moved out, I think it should have been left behind? How can I get a new one? I tried to call customer service but its very busy and I get a text directing me to a site with no useful answers...

That should definitely have been left behind by the previous owner, @MD73. The only way to fix this is indeed to get a technician out to place a new one. Has an appointment for this been made?
