You are (as KPN) the most frivolous company I have ever dealt with.
In August 2022, I ordered internet from you
In November 2022 (after 3 months !!!!!!) whoever showed up to connect the optical fiber cables from the street to my house.
This is some kind of joke.
The KPN fitter did not properly connect the wire to the black box outside the house. I still have an optical fiber on the main box (red ALARM LED), it does not even make sense to connect the router because it is known that the LED light from "internet" will flash.
Is it normal for your company to sign a contract with a client for an internet fiber optic link and only after 3 months anybody is interested in this client? This is disrespectful !!! Contacting the hotline by phone is like going to Mount Everest. You don't respect the customers !!!!

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Did they manage to fix it in the end?
