Payed twice, When do I get my money back

Hello @G sandu, welcome and thank you for your message. I understand you've paid for an invoice twice. Understandably you would want your money back. If there were no other outstanding invoices, you will receive your money back within two weeks. If you had outstanding invoices, we will use your double payment to pay off the outstanding invoice.

If you want, I can check for you if you'll get the double payment back or if it's used to pay for another invoices. To do so, I do need some more information from you. Could you fill out your profile? I'd need the following information: postal code, house number, date of birth, account number, last three digits of your IBAN, and (in case of a mobile subscription) your mobile phone number. You can add the IBAN and phone number to ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’. Only you and the moderators can see this information in your profile, so it's safe to do. Will you please let me know if/when you've done this? Then I can check my systems for you.
