I had cancelled my Internet subscription in Oct 2020 and got confirmation from KPN in Nov that my contract is cancelled. Attaching screenshot of an email from KPN.


Still money got deducted from my account with invoice date from 21st Nov till 20th Dec.
Can you please tell me why deduction is still happening from my account and I need refund of my deducted amount soon.

I see the deduction and the last day of your subcription was on the same day. Due to that you still got an invoice. Next month you will get your last. That will be a credit invoice. Everything you paid too much, you will get it back.Â
