People calling themselves KPN employees came to my house but I have Ziggo, is it a scam?

Today two of your employees came to my house to check the cables. But I got ziggo. Were they sent by you or should I be worried?

That is difficult for me to say? Maybe they were looking for the possibily of installing fibre optics?

If you don't trust it, you can always ask for their id's or don't let them in.
