Good day, my package wasn’t delivered and cannot be found on address of drop off. I called postnl several times, they told me that only sender can rise that issue.

 

As through “magnificent” web site of KPN it is impossible to find a telephone number to call, I feel this is the only way to rise an issue. 

 

KPN monteur will be already 22nd of July to install it, but I do not received modem.

 

 

What shall I do?

There’s a Voice Response System. It doesn’t speak English. Just hold the line, after two tries from the VRS an operator should respond.
