Can I order a subscription with a Romanian ID?

Hello! I’m trying to do a mobile abonament but when I choose EU ID card and type my document nr I get a message that is not valid number. I have romanian driver license and ID card. Can someone help me?

Hi Trifan, welcome to the KPN Community. If you have a valid EU ID-card combined with a dutch bank account you should be able to order a superscription with us. I would advise you to visit a local KPN store if you are able. A collegae should be able to sort this out for you!
