Hello. From 5am yesterday, I started having problems with the internet. When I did not have access to the Internet, I turned the router off and on. The Internet came back for a few seconds, during this time I downloaded about 133 mb of the file. Every time I turn the router on and off, it's the same. I do not have wifi or cable.
