Just call KPN at 0800-0402 and ask for an technician because you do not know where the connection point is.

On the left appears a 230 volt ac socket, on the right is a coaxial connector for radio, tv. In the middle is an empty box with no connection or cable. Is there a metering closet in the house where the cables for communication may enter?

Six cables come out of this socket It doesn't look like a regular socket, that's why I'm asking what it is.

I think someone had a router connected here before, the cables are still there

That's quite a mess in my opinion, some attention from a professional is recommended.

Hello. Thank you all for your help. I have an appointment with a technician. I hope he'll find a way to connect the router. I don't have an ISRA, and I can't find the DSL cable. It was probably removed by the previous owner. Anyway, thanks again everyone.

I had a meeting yesterday. I don't have cable at home, I need to connect it to the house. Someone is coming to check it out on Monday. I hope there won't be any additional costs for connecting the phone line.

That should not be a problem ​@Pawel32: usually you won't pay anything if there isn't a connection point in your house and our technician visits to fix this.
