Question about my connection

Hello. I signed a contract with KPN, but I don't have a point at home to connect the router. what is this? is that wandcontactdoos in the picture?

Hello. My internet with KPN is working fine. The phone cable was installed. I didn't have to pay any additional costs. Thank you all for your help.

Yes, that is the wall socket for electricity. You need to make an appointment for a technician

Just call KPN at 0800-0402 and ask for an technician because you do not know where the connection point is.

On the left appears a 230 volt ac socket, on the right is a coaxial connector for radio, tv. In the middle is an empty box with no connection or cable. Is there a metering closet in the house where the cables for communication may enter?

On the left appears a 230 volt ac socket, on the right is a coaxial connector for radio, tv. In the middle is an empty box with no connection or cable. Is there a metering closet in the house where the cables for communication may enter? 

Six cables come out of this socket It doesn't look like a regular socket, that's why I'm asking what it is.

Hi there ​@Pawel32, I see you gave a try to connect your modem yourself! But as some of our community-members already mentioned, it indeed looks a bit messy and not how you should expect it to be.

Did you succeed in connecting your modem? If not, or if you're not sure if the connection is in a good state, then I'd also advice you to make an appointment with a technician. Hello. Thank you all for your help. I have an appointment with a technician. I hope he'll find a way to connect the router. I don't have an ISRA, and I can't find the DSL cable. It was probably removed by the previous owner. Anyway, thanks again everyone.

I had a meeting yesterday. I don't have cable at home, I need to connect it to the house. Someone is coming to check it out on Monday. I hope there won't be any additional costs for connecting the phone line.

That should not be a problem ​@Pawel32: usually you won't pay anything if there isn't a connection point in your house and our technician visits to fix this.

did they found the original cable or they had to bring in a new cable from outside??

just to be curious, becouse i was the engineer at your home last week ^^
