Dear customer service of KPN,
When I contacted KPN via phone, they sent me a return-box immediately and I sent the Internet box and 2 TV boxes together with all its cables and remote controlto KPN on 17th of June. It had a KPN provided sticker on. I left the Netherlands on 19th June. My friend still checks my mailbox and she found another return-box of KPN today. Please, could you check your system to see that all my KPN boxes are returned?
