hello.

i have glass internet and yesterday a red “alarm” light came on the black box and now i have no internet.

i have:

  • restarted the modem
  • checked kpn storing (no work listed in my area)

can you help me?

So no internet. 😞 You already restarted the modem. Did you also unplug the fiber glass box for at least 2 minutes? Does that help?

If not, the fastest way is to call 0800-0402. My colleague will figure out what's wrong.

I can also help but without direct contact it will take a little bit longer. If so please fill in your profile and let me know when you did.

I don't have a solution right now. 😞 But I have scheduled a mechanic. He will come 28th of april between 0800-1200 hours. Please let me know if he fixed it? 

For the time till then I gave you 100GB data on your mobile so you're not entirely out of internet.
