Red light showing on KPN Box, no internet

Hi, I guess I have a common problem. Red alarm light on the box, hence no internet. The blue cover of the fiber connection point in the wall is closed, the protective cap in the fibrebox is taken off. I tried to reboot the box a lot of times. Nothing helps.

Hello @AnatolyNLD, the fastest way to get a solution for this problem is to contact de KPN serviceline. If you call the free of charge number 0800-0402 an agent will give support straight away.
